Step into the adventure of helping lead a thriving, creative worship ministry in one of the fastest-growing corners of Houston. You’ll join forces with our Director of Worship and Next Gen worship leaders to craft services that are alive with music, prayer, and the presence of God. If you’re a strong vocalist and musician who loves engaging a congregation (not just performing for them), you’ll thrive here. From planning and leading rehearsals, to equipping teams of musicians and tech volunteers, to collaborating with pastors and school leaders—you’ll play a central role in shaping worship that is both Spirit-filled and people-engaging.

Salem is looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Coordinator to bring our church, school and preschool vision to life across Facebook, Instagram and beyond. You'll create, publish and evaluate content that's warm, authentic and unmistakably Salem. Full-time, full benefits.
Salem is looking for an Associate Director of Worship (NextGen) to help lead our worship services and invest in the next generation of worshippers. You'll plan, sing and play in services that connect with our congregation, while also leading worship and rehearsals for our junior high and high school students, helping raise up the musicians, vocalists and leaders of tomorrow. This role works alongside professional and volunteer teams to keep things running smoothly week to week. If you're a gifted musician who's theologically grounded, detail-oriented and passionate about developing young worship leaders, we'd love to talk.
Salem is looking for a Worship Coordinator to help keep our worship team prepared, connected and equipped. You'll be the point person for the Worship Department to make sure Sunday mornings (and everything else on the calendar) come together smoothly. This role is part organizer, part relationship-builder: you'll recruit and support volunteers, manage baptisms and funeral logistics, and help create a culture of care for everyone on the team.
